Dental Payment Options & Dental Insurance

Patients with Insurance Coverage

Avery and Meadows accepts dental insurance. But please be advised, dental insurance pays only a portion of the total treatment charge. Our office will gladly file all necessary claims on our patients’ behalf. Certain insurance companies will not send payments to our office but will send them to patients. In those situations, patients will pay for their services according to the options below and will be reimbursed directly by their carriers to the extent they allow.

Patients are always responsible for keeping their account current regardless of any dental insurance coverage.

Payment Options

Payment at The Time of Service: We accept cash, checks or credit cards at the time of the appointment. If treatment will extend for several visits, you may pay a portion of the total fee at each visit, with payment-in-full on the last visit.

Extended Financing Option: As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation’s leading dental payment plan. CareCredit has several payment plans to meet every financial need, including interest-free and low-interest options, each with low monthly payments and no upfront costs.

We also offer financing through Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo offers 12 month, no interest payment plans.

Applying for either CareCredit or Wells Fargo is easy and you will receive an online decision in seconds. Apply online or speak to our office manager for more details.

I was born with seriously discolored teeth. About 20 years ago, I had the front four upper teeth veneered, but they need to be redone, as did all my teeth. When my lifelong dentist retired, I sought recommendations and often heard of these guys, so I decided to try them. Dr. Patel suggested veneers on my upper teeth only as my lowers weren’t really visible when I smiled. Of course, I can always do the lowers later, but this let me try it and save money at the same time. I had three long visits – one to get molds and shapes, one for the temporaries, and one for the veneers. The staff was great at making it comfortable and explained all the steps. They answered every question! I can’t say the process was exactly fun, but it was certainly worth the mild discomfort. If you have been thinking about changing your smile, don’t wait as long as I did. Don’t be afraid. Just do it! Dr. Patel and all the staff are very reassuring and helpful – from how to pay, through the follow-up care – everyone is incredibly nice. My whole family has been coming for years. In fact, my full-grown kids still get their teeth cleaned here when they are back in town.
